Broderie Anglaise Shirred Top Black
Shirring is one of the oldest forms of textile gathering and on broderie anglaise, it becomes something beautiful . The Shirred Top is gathered through the body, creating a texture-on-texture effect where the open-weave of the broderie meets the soft gathered rows of elasticated shirring. A wide boat neckline frames the collarbone and shoulders with a graceful, unfussy line.
Tie fastenings at both sides allow you to adjust the silhouette. A top that looks considered from across the room and is tactile from close up. Available in White, Black, and Palm Green, made from UK deadstock cotton by Isabelle and her North-West atelier.

100% cotton broderie anglaise from UK deadstock. Shirring is worked row by row handmade in the North-West of England by Isabelle and her atelier. Tie-only construction supports a more natural end of life.
HOW TO WEAR IT
Wear with the Shell Print Shorts. Layer over a bikini top in another print for a beach-to-restaurant transition that requires no change of outfit.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Handwash only in cool water. Lay flat to dry to preserve shirring elasticity. Cool iron on reverse only if needed. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry.
