FAQs
What makes Isabelle Pennington-Edmead different?
Every piece is designed with longevity in mind. Rather than following fast-moving trends, our collections are thoughtfully created in small quantities using responsibly sourced materials and conscious production methods. We believe clothing should be treasured, worn often, and cared for for years to come.
What does made-to-order mean?
Many of our pieces are produced on a made-to-order or pre-order basis. This means your garment is only made once you place your order, helping to reduce unnecessary waste and overproduction.
As a small independent brand, this approach allows us to create more responsibly while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Why does my order take longer to arrive?
Because your garment is carefully produced rather than taken from warehouse stock, production takes a little longer. We believe thoughtful craftsmanship is worth the wait, and we'll keep you updated throughout the process.
Estimated lead times are displayed on each product page.
Where are your garments made?
Our collections are produced in carefully selected manufacturing partners who share our commitment to ethical production, quality craftsmanship, and responsible working practices.
Where possible, we prioritise small-scale production and transparent supply chains.
What fabrics do you use?
We carefully select fabrics that balance luxury, comfort, durability and environmental responsibility. Many of our collections feature recycled fibres, natural materials or certified fabrics chosen for their reduced environmental impact.
Specific fabric compositions can be found on each product page.
How should I care for my garments?
Proper care helps extend the life of your clothing.
We recommend:
- Washing only when necessary.
- Using a cool, gentle wash.
- Avoiding tumble drying where possible.
- Drying naturally.
- Following the care label included with your garment.
Looking after your clothing is one of the simplest ways to reduce its environmental impact.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some styles may return, while others are released as limited editions. Because we produce in small quantities, certain designs may not be restocked once they sell out.
If there's a piece you've fallen in love with, we recommend ordering while it's available.
Can I return my order?
We hope you love your purchase, but if it isn't quite right, eligible items may be returned within our returns period, provided they are unworn, with all hygiene liners and tags intact.
Please note that made-to-order or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty.
For full details, please see our Returns Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the UK and USA.
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international customers may be responsible for local customs duties or import taxes.
How can I find the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide to help you choose the best fit.
If you're between sizes or would like personalised sizing advice, we're always happy to help before you place your order.
How can I contact you?
If you have any questions before or after placing an order, we'd love to hear from you.
Simply get in touch via our Contact page, and we'll respond as soon as possible.

Every print you see is born from my own hands, I draw and paint each design myself, right here in the studio. Pure artistry that makes each pattern truly one-of-a-kind.
Handmade with Love
Using traditional techniques and quality fabrics, I hand-sew each piece with meticulous attention to detail. This is slow fashion at its finest, made to last, made with care.

Before your piece leaves the studio, it gets a thorough quality check. I press, finish, and package everything with the same care I'd want for my own wardrobe.
